• Designs are not mass-produced and may not be available again once sold out.

2. Imported Anti-Tarnish Materials

• We use 18K plated, imported, and anti-tarnish hardware for jewelry and raw materials.

• Proper care is required to maintain longevity (avoid chemicals, sweat exposure, perfume spray, etc.).

3. Pricing

• Prices are subject to change depending on raw material availability and import costs.

• Discounts and offers may vary from time to time.

4. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within the mentioned timeline on product pages.

• Once shipped, tracking information will be provided.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location and courier service.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies, weather, strikes, etc.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Damage Claims

We follow a strict no-return and no-exchange policy unless:

• Wrong product received

• Product is damaged upon arrival

To raise a claim:

• The unboxing video must start before opening the package

• The entire unboxing should be visible clearly without cuts/pauses

• The shipping label must be visible in the video

• Without this video, no complaint can be accepted

If approved:

• Replacement will be arranged when possible

• If replacement is not available, store credit may be issued

7. Raw Materials Sales Policy

• We provide high-quality imported accessories for jewelry making (clasps, jump rings, crimp covers, etc.)

• Raw materials are not returnable since they are cut or packed as per order

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase only if not processed or shipped yet.

• Once processed, cancellation is not allowed.

9. Intellectual Property

• All product designs, photos, and content on the website belong to Jo Beadique.

• Unauthorized copying, reselling, or duplication is prohibited.
